The proprietuors of Ethos Bistro, locals Cathal O'Sullivan and Paul Cllen, have created a relaxed and contemporary Restaurant with modern art displayed on the walls and a covered terrace for alfresco summer dining.

Ethos Bistro is open Monday - Sunday from 9:30am - 4:30pm and for Dinner from 6.00pm - 9:30pm

Sunday Lunch is served from 12 - 4.
