Thomastown is an early medieval town with delightful streetscapes,
picturesque views of the River Nore, birthplace of the 18th century
philosopher George Berkeley and today is equally famous for its
proximity to the famous championship golf course at Mount Juliet.

The proprietuors of Ethos Bistro,
locals Cathal O'Sullivan and Paul Cllen, have created a relaxed
and contemporary Restaurant with modern art displayed on the walls
and a covered terrace for alfresco summer dining.
Private parties can be catered for in the restaurant throughout
