Ethos Restaurant and Bistro is situated on Low Street in the picturesque Kilkenny village of Thomastown.

Thomastown is an early medieval town with delightful streetscapes, picturesque views of the River Nore, birthplace of the 18th century philosopher George Berkeley and today is equally famous for its proximity to the famous championship golf course at Mount Juliet.

The proprietuors of Ethos Bistro, locals Cathal O'Sullivan and Paul Cllen, have created a relaxed and contemporary Restaurant with modern art displayed on the walls and a covered terrace for alfresco summer dining.

Ethos Bistro is open Wednesday - Sunday from 12:00 - 3:00pm for Lunch & for Dinner from 6.00pm - 9:00pm (9:30 pm on Friday and Saturday)
