Having eaten Greek food in Europe numerous times, we were very pleasantly surprised with the authenticity of the Greek cuisine at Ethos Bistro. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Our server, Alexa, explained in detail every item she served and was very courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I came here for the first time on a Monday evening. Nice modern style and decor. Very warm and inviting. There's pleasant outdoor seating as well. The service is incredibly fast. Delicious warm soft bread was served with herb infused olive oil. We shared a dish of mussels with feta cheese- delicious.... My husband's lamb chops were cooked to perfection and he was even impressed with the flavorful side dishes. Jeremy was super nice and accommodating. The drinks were also delicious. I switched my watermelon vodka drink to a sangria and it was perfect- the hubby had a refreshing mojito. I highly recommend ethos for lunch, dinner or to gather with friends and family.

Comfy sofa to wait if you don't get there early. Happy hour for both drinks and small plates. Restaurant manager came to our table to see how meal was. Our server name was Alexa, and she was good. Plus if I mention her name on review, she employee gets a chance to win gift certificate.
