First, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder in your email account. If you still cannot locate it, please ask the person who purchased the gift card for the confirmation receipt and confirm your information was entered accurately. They can use a link in their receipt to have the e-gift card resent. If you both need assistance, please have the purchaser contact us with the proof of purchase and we will be happy to help.

Yes, the balance on your e-gift card can be used to cover your entire bill, including food, beverages, tax, and gratuity.

No problem. You can apply the full balance of your gift card to the bill and then pay the remaining amount with another form of payment, such as a credit card or cash.

No. Points are not accrued when you buy a gift card. Points are only awarded when the actual funds on the card are used.

Points are accrued at the time of redemption. This means you earn points when you use the gift card to pay for a product or service.

Since points are earned at redemption, the person using the gift card to make a purchase will earn the points, not the person who originally bought the card.

No, our e-gift cards never expire and there are no dormancy or maintenance fees.

Yes! Gift cards can be used for catering, dine-in, takeout, and online orders—as long as the order is processed through our POS (Toast) system. The Gift Cards can only be used on our website and in person at any of our locations. Third party websites (like Uber) will not accept our Gift Cards
